Video capture of the problem with our smart gas meter. It's no longer possible to activate the display, to check the consumption reading. The meter is still reporting readings back to British Gas for billing - and these seem to be accurate

2024-01: Spend 2 hours on the phone trying to get British Gas to come out & repair the meter - had to give up due to other appointments. They're hopeless! It probably just needs a battery replacing(?)
