For all those out there who think "She's not even racing you", I can confirm YES she was, she blinked!

I was cruising through Grapevine TX yesterday when I spotted a police car. Decided to SEND IT on a bike path parallel to the 45mph road since I know EUC's are completely legal. The female officer rolled down her window with a huge smile as she finally passed me. Gotta love cool cops!
