In this drill, you have two on the outside going to go all the way to half court. The other two, going to go around the cone.
2 on 2 Transition Drill for Basketball
It's goes like this. You're going to sprint up all the way to half court while the other two sprint around the cones.
We start playing two-on-two, two-on-two transition. What you are going to learn is you're on help side defensive. It's gonna be two verses two.
When you go around the cones, you got to get in help side position, you got to stop the basketball. After that, switch.
