This is the first cook on my Lone Star Grillz Charcoal Grill and Smoker. I made a video of the seasoning of the grill but it was boring so I didn't upload it. The ribs came out good, but I did cook them a bit too long. The ribs weren't as thick as I was use too and I didn't take that into consideration, but we had no complaints. Also I was using wood chunks as I could not get my hands on splits before the cook. My next cook will be better. But I am loving this grill.
