Our November baking kit, the Sticky Toffee Ginger Loaf, is the perfect warming autumnal bake.

This bake is a rich, substantial, date and ginger loaf, generously covered with a delicious, oozy caramel coloured sticky toffee sauce. The cake is strewn with a fiery sprinkle of crystalised ginger, and some sweet, chewy fudge pieces.

This bake is extremely moreish, and goes brilliantly with a steaming hot cup of tea. It would also be the perfect warming accompaniment to begin the Christmas festivities.
