Ingredients:
1. 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) Butter.
2. 5-Green Onions.
3. 5 stalks (ribs)-Celery.
4. 1/2 teaspoon-Freeze-Dried Dill.
5. 1/4 teaspoon-Black Pepper.
6. 1/2 teaspoon-Salt.
7. 1/4 cup-Flour.
8. 2 cups-Potato Water.
9. 3/4 cup-Powdered Milk.
10. 5 cups-Water.
11. 3-Red Potatoes.
12. 3-Yukon Gold Potatoes.
13. 1/3 cup-Fresh Parsley.
14. 1/2 teaspoon-Bacon Flavored Salt.
15. 1 bag (12 ounces)-Cut Green Beans.
16. 1 teaspoon-Dill.
17. 1/8 teaspoon-Nutmeg.
18. 1/8 teaspoon-White Pepper.
19.1/2 cup-Regular Sour Cream.
Additional Seasonings:
1. 1/8 teaspoon-Bacon Flavored Salt.
2. 1/16 teaspoon-White pepper.
3. 1/16 teaspoon-Nutmeg.
4. 1/4 teaspoon-Dill (freeze-dried).
