Ted Rubin - Social Media Practitioner Extraordinaire, takes us through some of the tools and techniques he deploys to drive attention to clients and concepts.

When Ted became CMO of ELF Cosmetics in 2008 he discovered a trove of online video by ELF consumers who loved the product. He built on that enthusiasm to create a fully integrated social strategy around a blog, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook where they focused on responsiveness. By embracing the enthusiasm of ELF consumers with social media, ELF grew a huge following with hardly any traditional marketing spend.
