How To Make Goan Recheado Masala Recipe
For Grinding Ingredients :
25 Kashmiri red dry chilies
1 small roasted onion roughly chopped
1/2 inch ginger
15 cloves
1/2 lemon size tamarind
10 cloves
10 black pepper corn
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt 1 cup Goan vinegar
All the ingredients grind into thick smooth paste do not add water
You can use this masala for one month by storing it in glass container in refrigerator
