Kochi: The High Court has directed the Vigilance Registrar of the HC to probe whether former magistrate of North Paravoor made any lapses with respect to the custodial death case in Varappuzha. The order is based on the complaint of the rural SP who said that when the accused were taken before the said magistrate, he refused to meet them.
