In America’s heartland, one invader is spreading through our rivers. Shane signs up for the annual Redneck Fishing Tournament and puts his body on the line to get a closer look at Asian carp. Carp were first brought to the U.S. to clean up our wastewater, but they had their own agenda. Now, we’re locked in a billion-dollar arms race to keep carp out of the Great Lakes. Chef Soowha Yu has another solution: “If you can’t beat ‘em, eat ‘em!” – bones and all.
