The dry aged flavor of the 60 day aged steak really came through on this steak. The 30 day dry aged steak from Snake River had a bit of the aged flavor but was much beefier tasting overall. The big winner was me since I got to eat both of these.
To cook these steaks I reverse seared them on my SNS Kettle grill ([ Ссылка ]) at about 225-250 degrees until they hit 115-120 internal temperature then seared them over some super hot charcoal.
