The final video for my 24 Hours of Burpees - Guinness World Record Journey.
I completed a Guinness World Record for the most amount of chest to ground burpees completed in 24 Hours by a female. I broke the World Record at 21 Hours in and finished strong. Take a look at my experience and leave a like and comment below about what you thought!
