This video provides a comprehensive overview of the different space views in KanBo.
Space views allow users to visualize and organize their cards in various formats, starting with the popular Kanban view, which displays cards grouped horizontally for easy management. In this video we can also see Kanban Swimlanes, which add vertical grouping by statuses.
The List view, on the other hand, presents cards in a straightforward and vertically oriented layout. Then we move on to the Table view, which resembles a spreadsheet and allows for quick comparison and contrast of information.
The Calendar view is perfect for cards with specific deadlines and time-related aspects, providing an easy way to schedule, plan, and track tasks. For long-term projects, the Gantt Chart view is a great option, visually illustrating task schedules and dependencies. The Timeline view, meanwhile, helps prioritize tasks and provides a sequential order of tasks to facilitate effective project execution. Finally, we can see the Mind Map view, which allows for a more visual and intuitive way of organizing information, particularly useful for brainstorming and visualizing project structures.
