Under the call signs of DARK 11 B-1 86-0136 departed just before 6:00pm and I managed to shoot it from the 09 end of the runway. Very tricky filming conditions in pretty much pitch dark!

I shot this jet recovering earlier in the day under the callsign of RAGNR01. After landing this jet went into a hot pit refuel, very impressive witnessing the operational tempo of these aircraft, I would not like to be on the wrong side of their various sensors and weapons.

These jets are on deployment with the 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron EBS executing Agile Combat Employment during a Bomber Task Force Europe mission. They have been conducting hot pit refuelling at RAF Fairford and Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany as well as flying missions over the Baltic region and the Black Sea.
