NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - North College Hill firefighters quickly put out an apartment fire Friday morning.
A witness came across the building on Bising Avenue shortly after 9 a.m. and saw flames shooting out the side. He said no one was home at the time but a dog was rescued.
There were no reported injuries. Firefighters are investigating what sparked the flames.
