1 kg goat meat
3 Tsp Curry powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
2 Tsp Allpurpose seasoning or 3 Tsp
1 1/2 Tsp Allspice Ground or Allspice Whole
3 Garlic Cloves
Small piece of ginger
1 Tsp Salt
1 /2 Scotch bonnet Pepper or other Pepper
Fresh thyme
3 Onion chopped
2 medium potato or 3 potato
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Leave fridge to marinate overnight.
