✅Ingredients

• 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons lime juice


✅Instructions

1️⃣ 00:00:13 - In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, paprika, pepper, cayenne pepper, and parsley. Sprinkle generously over chicken thighs.

2️⃣ 00:00:54 - Heat butter and olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown 3 to 4 minutes per side.

3️⃣ 00:01:33 - Add minced garlic and lime juice. Continue cooking chicken until chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, coating chicken with juices.

4️⃣ 00:02:04 - Serve hot with lime wedges or slices and chopped fresh parsley to garnish (optional).
