I can't translate the full dialogues but after she fainted he asks:
- Can you hear me? ... What's wrong?/What happened?
She says she can't remember.
Later, she faints again and he takes her to the hospital and finds she has amnesia.
(when she wakes up in the hospital):
- Who are you? .. Why are you looking at me like that?
- You don't know me? .. It's me, Hyun Jun .. you don't know?
In the end she says: - It hurts.
I didn't hardsub the dialogues cuz i don't understand the first dialogue and the rest might have some mistake.
