1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 cup orange juice with 1/4 tsp grated orange zest
About 2 tbsps white sugar (taste and adjust)

Few tbsps room temperature water

Oil leftover from cooking the chicken
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp finely minced ginger
red pepper flakes to taste
1 small onion, bite sized pieces
Green, red and yellow peppers cut to bite sized pieces
1 or 2 escallions, cut thinly diagonally and separate bottom from top half
1/2 - 1 cup Roasted Cashew nuts
