Abs like an aerialist is a 15min ab workout for those of you who have wondered how aerialists train when they aren't in the air or how the develop the core strength for aerials. Now is your chance to give it a go and run away to the circus. This is quite a challenging ab workout, so if you are new on your fitness journey choose the simpler exercise options I provide and build up to the full workout. This is also a great workout for aerialists looking for a way to condition their inversion strength on the ground and strength training for pole dancers to master those straddles.

40 sec work ,20 sec rest
bonus plank hold at the end.
1. Toe taps
2. Tuck, Diamond, Straddle snaps ( or tuck ins)
3. Straddle ups on elbows ( or single leg bicycles )
4. Compression tuck
5. Diamond dish with leg extension
5. Hiplock lifts R
6. Hiplock lifts L
