Perfect pansy pasta pockets. These triangolis are what I made with the floral pasta I showed last week.
They have a creamy ricotta and parmesan filling, similar to my cheese ravioli recipe. Check out the other post to see how the floral pasta dough is made. You can easily make these triangoli without flowers or even use some fresh herbs like basil. Enjoy these right away or freeze them for later.
