(Suggested use - treat this as a warm-up and then sit quietly for 10-20 more minutes - allowing your awareness to rest in relaxation in the body, or with the breath - whether just noting a particular sensation with clarity - or spreading your awareness to allow all sensations to arise and pass away as they will, without judgement or interference.)
