So as we all know I have full on obsession with creamy Chicken Wraps at this point; like I’ve made a lot BUT without a show of a doubt, this is my FAVOURITE one I have EVER made 🤤
Jalapeño Poppers have my Heart, and these take allll of the best bits but add more Cheese and some Bacon too…it made me so happy 😂

✨120g Chicken Breast, raw
✨1 Flour Tortilla Wrap
✨2tbsp @oldelpasouk Jalapeños, finely sliced (use more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
✨2 Bacon Medallions, chopped
✨30g Light Cream Cheese (I used @philadelphia_uki )
✨20g Reduced Fat Cheddar, grated
- Dice up your chicken into bite sized chunks, then add to a pan with some cooking spray and a good pinch of salt and pepper; cook over a medium heat for about 6 or 7 minutes or until browned and fully cooked through.
- Once your chicken is cooked, add it to a bowl with your jalapeños, cream cheese, bacon and cheddar (you can add some hot sauce here too if you like it extra spicy) and mix it together all well.
- Now to assemble your wrap - simply lay the chicken mix across the middle and then fold up the wrap as if it was a Burrito or however you’d like; this should be quite an easy one to fold :)
- Using the same pan you cooked your chicken in, spray it will a little more cooking spray and and cook your wrap for about 5 minutes over a medium heat, or until the outside is all golden and crispy; be sure to turn it halfway so it gets an even colour.
