About Sam Fischer:
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, Sam Fischer is originally from Sydney Australia. He refers to his sound as "Disarming pop for the nighttime crowd." He began writing songs at the age of 12, a passion that led him to pursue a career in music during his teens and become formally trained in both the violin and saxophone. A degree program at the Berklee College of Music in Boston soon followed, as did a move to Los Angeles. A prolific songwriter, Sam's songs have been cut by artists including Ciara, Elle King, Sabrina Claudio, Demi Lovato, Keith Urban, MAX, Christian French and Andy Grammer. As an artist, Sam may be best-known for his breakout hit “This City”. Written while he was struggling to make it as a musician in Los Angeles, “This City” was first released in 2018 on his debut EP, ​Not A Hobby.​ The song went viral on the social media app Tik Tok with 1.5 million creations, and more than a billion views; it’s also had over 200 million streams on Spotify.
