Ingredients
-UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened 90 ml.
-Non-Diary Cream 20 ml.
-Semi Dried Purple Potato 20 g.
-Palm Sugar Surup 30 ml.
-Salted Coconut Cream Cheese 40 ml.
-Crushed Ice 250 ml.
-Sea Salt 0.5 g.
-Coconut Chips (Garnish)
Salted Coconut Cream Cheese
-Cream Cheese Powder 40 g.
-UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened 80 ml.
-Coconut Syrup 10 ml.
Instructions:
1. Combine semi dried purple potato, palm sugar syrup, non-diary cream, UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened and crushed ice in a blender until well blended.
2. Transfer the mixture into a serving glass.
3. Top with salted coconut cream cheese.
4. Garnish with coconut chips.
Salted Coconut Cream Cheese
1. Pour cream cheese powder into a mixing bowl.
2. Add coconut syrup, sea salt, then UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened.
3. Whisk with a hand blender until fluffy.
