Chicken Steam Roast
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka pieces 1 kg
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Oil (for frying) as required
Lemon juice ½ cup
Method:
Marinate chicken tikka pieces with lemon juice, salt and garlic paste for overnight. Then place it in a strainer and dry the water. Now heat oil and fry the chicken tikka pieces. Remove and place it in a bowl along with red chili powder and chaat masala. Mix well. Then in a wok add water and boil it. Now add the strainer, place the chicken tikka pieces and steam it. Serve hot.

Aalu Matar Chawal
Ingredients:
Rice (soaked) ½ kg
Onion 1
Whole red chilies 10
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Cumin seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp
Potatoes 2
Peas 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Tomatoes 2
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion. Then add potatoes and peas, fry well. Now add ginger paste, whole red chilies, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies, tomatoes and curry leaves. Cook well. Then add one cup of water along with soaked rice, cook well. Now add roasted cumin seeds and fresh coriander, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
