Accuracy is the closeness of the measured value to the true value of any measurement.
Consider the same example of measuring the resistance of 100Ω resistor. If we repeat the measurement 4 Times in both multimeters and if we get same result every time in first multimeter and different results in second multimeter then we say that first multimeter is Precise. So, Precision is the ability of instrument to show the same result for similar arrangements, every time.
