In this tutorial I will compare youtube video performance on firefox and chrome browser and show you cpu uses. I have done this without overclocking.
First method I will show you step by step how to install ubuntu using monitor, keyboard,mouse.
And also I will show you how to install ubuntu on raspbarry pi without monitor. On that case I will use SSH and Remote Desktop xrdp. I will install ubuntu desktop environment (GUI) then connect via Remote Desktop xrdp.

How to install full ubuntu desktop in raspberry pi 4?
Can raspberry pi run ubuntu 64 bit, of course it can.
How to connect raspberry pi over network?
You can connect raspberry pi using ssh or remote desktop xrdp or vnc server.
