This will showcase Nic Cage new perk *Plot Twist*. Whenever you are in the Injured injured, Plot Twist activates this then allows you to go into the downed state which supresses grunts of pain, blood & grants you the ability to fully recover from the downed state. Once up you'll gain 50% haste for 4 seconds & be fully recovered.
