Being Gujurati I make dhokla almost every alternate week. Thought to give a small twist to the dhokla by stuffing it with some cheese and potatoes and the result was amazing.

Today I'm sharing an experiment recipe which I made last week. You gonna surely love it. This recipe can be made for small celebrations and parties will surely impress your guests.

For this recipe I'm using Goloka farms Smoked chilly Cheddar cheese. It added a very nice smokey taste and made my snack even more tasty.

Ingredients -

3 medium - boiled and mashed potatoes

1 tbsp - Ginger, garlic, green chilly paste

2 sticks  (1cm *5cm) - Goloka farms smoked chilly cheddar cheese

2 cups - Dhokla flour ( ferment it)
1/2 tsp-  Turmeric powder
1 packet - Eno
Salt as per taste
Oil for greasing

Tadka -
2 tbsp - Oil
1 Tsp - mustard seeds
1 Tsp - Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp - Hing
1 Tbsp - Sesame seeds
1 Tsp - Red chilly powder
