This is a great and extremely useful device.
I will be using this to utilise one HDMI port for a PS3/4&5.
Three devices one port and still have all the ARC benefits. One remote controlling all Sony products including the Bravia TV. Very useful.

The device itself is extremely well made and it's all heavy-duty metal. No rubber feet I noticed (Would have been nice).

It was easy to set up and I thurley enjoyed this 1st play. I hope this footage helps you in making your decision on getting one. I'm wondering how much of an issue it would be if I got another one for the Xbox's???? Would having more than one confuse the other?
