U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will have a three-day visit to China starting April 24. Up for discussion during the trip are a wide range of key issues. In June last year, the U.S. sought to resume normal communication with China through Blinken's trip to Beijing. So how effective has Blinken's China visits been in bringing both sides on the same page?
