𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
• set @chargrillergrills Gravity Fed 980 smoker to 250
• using @jealousdevilcharcoal and applewood chunks
• olive oil as a binder
• season with @osmo Korean BBQ Wing Salt
• insert @meatermade wireless thermometer probes
• smoke till you have a nice bark or when internal temp reaches about 150-160 around 3-4 hrs.
• spritzing every 30 min after 1st hour with @meatsweatsspritz Pork
• wrap in butcher paper
• back onto smoker until it reaches 195-200
• let rest for at least 1 hour in a cooler
• slice up and enjoy
