Budin de Pan is the 3rd installment of our "Pan" series. Budin in Spanish means pudding, while Pan means bread. However, this Latin-style bread pudding is not exactly like the American version we all know and love. Budin de Pan is smoother in consistency and a little bolder in flavor, mainly from the caramel that's baked on top of it. This dish is typically served cold, but I ate it nice and warm, and I'm not ashamed! It was delicious! Budin de Pan is an easy dessert you can make ahead, then pop into the fridge for later. Make Budin de Pan! Make it Sabroso!
