Cell's half perfect form's face is the inspiration of the infamous internet meme "Shoop Da Whoop" and "Imma Firin Mah Lazor!!!" But I realized that no one's doing the meme with Cell's actual face from Dragon Ball Z, and so I made this vid. The music is a bmm from a DBZ game where it's played when Vegeta in his Super Saiyan Form fought the Half-Perfected Cell.
