Used needles, trash and social workers trying to help people sitting on street corners are familiar sights along Philadelphia's Kensington Avenue. "Nothing really changed, nothing really changed. Kensington is the same. Pandemic, tornado, whatever, it's been the same," said Winfred House, who is in recovery. Monday marked International Overdose Awareness Day, but for House, it's another day he's trying to help people get clean.
