Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup powder sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). For 10 - 12 minutes
*Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden. Be sure to keep an eye on them as they can quickly go from golden to brown.
