Users love combo boxes (aka drop-down lists) on forms as they provide a very fast and accurate way to do data entry. This short YouTube describes the important properties of a combo box (a combination of a list box and a text box) on a form that controls how the combo box works such as the Control Source, Row Source, Row Source Type, Bound Column, and Limit to List properties as well as important formatting properties including Column Count, Column Widths, and List Rows. It further describes how field Lookup properties in Table Design View support combo boxes, as well as which fields are good candidates for Lookup properties and combo boxes and how one-to-many relationships in a relational database connect to combo boxes.
