This is a modded version of Ultimatum Radiance (designed by alek) that Avenging Angle made a few tweaks to be a joke boss that's slightly harder. The mod is primarily Ultimatum Radiance, however Atomic Radiance will often overlap attacks and have unpleasant (and sometimes unavoidable) combos. Unfortunately, I got very unlucky and cleared the first segment without seeing many of those bad situations. They really do exist. Oh, and the final segment has a very large health pool for a good bit of pogoing.

Given the nature of this fight I have no intention of trying this on radiant.

Atomic Radiance is not on the Modinstaller. It has been sealed away for all time unless you are foolish enough to seek it. You have been warned.
