Todays video is all about taking your cooking game on the kettle to the next level. We have some wild caught lobster tails from Sixbrothersbeef.com, and we whipped up a spicy garlic butter to baste them in. We fired up the SnS kettle to 350 degrees and put the tails on the grill with direct charcoal heat. These lobster tails cooked up in no time. Maximum of 7 minutes, and we hit 140° internal on the tails. With that being said, baste those lobster tails as often as you can while you cook them.
