E-Dawg and one of the lads Tommo lash out and treat themselves to a free standing 270 degree extreme Bushwakka awning. Last trip a massive storm rolled in unexpectedly and wiped the awnings out and the boys had no choice but to cut them off.
E-Dawgs green Gu didn’t play ball with the install as with the upgraded brackets and a trip looming in a couple of days forced him to take to the roof rack with a grinder , on-top of that not all hardware was provided in the box from factory and a quick trip to Bunnings was needed.
Tommo in the white Gu had a lil more time on his hands and had the gusset modified on the brackets and the install went to plan.
Initial review on the awnings wasn’t ideal missing hardware chipped and miss painted brackets , poor quality waterproofing on the stitching screws loose and installed incorrectly, to name a few issues the quality of the frame work , design , ease of use and quality of the canvas used was second to none and was initially why we chose a Bushwakka.
As stated in the vid we did email Bushwakka and we have always been told there customer service was elite also a massive reason why we chose them.
Since filming this vid we received a phone call from the owner of Bushwakka offering his apology and immediately offering to ship out 2 new awnings or refunding us fully , we took the first option and 2 new awnings are on there way so fingers crossed there of better build quality we will keep you legends updated.
