Robyn on the Farm’s Ultimate Sandwich Bread Recipe (1 loaf) DOUGH CYCLE VERSION
1 1/4 c warm milk
2 Tbs olive oil
3 C bread flour
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry or instant yeast (in well)
Place the ingredients into your bread machine bread pan in the order listed. Set your bread machine to the dough cycle. It will be about a 90 minute cycle. At the end of the dough cycle, your machine will beep. Remove the pan, turn the dough out onto your counter and press down. Shape into a loaf and place in oiled bread pan. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 28-30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing for the very best sandwich bread. Enjoy!! Let me know what you think of this bread!!
