Can taking ice baths really help you loose weight?
In this video I put that to the test. For 6 weeks, I followed the ice bath protocol outlined on Dr. Andrew Huberman's podcast, to increase my metabolism.
Protocol Outline:
- 1 Hour of Sauna (weekly)
- 11 Minute Minimum of Cold Exposure
- End on Cold
My Weekly Protocol:
- 5x 15 min sauna sessions
- 5x 3 min ice bath sessions
- always dunk the head and end on cold
