There are millions of home buyers, investors and spectators waiting for a housing market crash and millions of others saying it won't happen. As always you will have opinions voiced and at the end of the day what matters is what you do.

In this video I share with you a story with me flipping houses in 2017 and how the market was on fire back then. Many high profile real estate investors advised me to stop buying foreclosure homes because they predicted the housing market to crash.

In this current 2021 housing market that we are in things are ridiculous. Almost every home that goes live on the market sells within the day and WAY over asking price. We have low inventory, high demand, low interest rates, inflation concerns and fear from home buyers that prices will continue to rise.

In this video I give you my thoughts on the current housing market and what I see happening in the near future. The real estate markets in whole have been very uncertain with many factors coming into play.
