0:00 - Underwater Black Pearl Cave (Tiny Entrance)

1:05 - HUGE Underwater Rathole (Tiny Entrance)

2:25 - MASSIVE CAVE with strong choke point entrance

4:00 - Crouch Cave with strong crouch choke

5:05 - Big Lava Cave (Semi-Large entrance but LOTS of room)

6:25 - Small water pop up entrance with lots of room and chokes
-
8:40 - Medium Sized Cave with solid chokes

9:55 - Desert Cave with lots of room, drop down, hop up, and water point
there are likely many more caves and ratholes to be found the longer the map is out, these are just some of the strongest spots I have found so far
