My confidence and knowledge of edible 'weeds' expanded after participating in the WildCrafting course by @Heidi Merika
For breakfast I made Banana Pancakes, but added some extra special, foraged foods from my own garden.
These magical ingredients were Cobbler's pegs leaves and Blackberry Nightshade berries.
Natural, organic, free & with additional high protein and minerals.
