While playing, you can check all the game controls by holding "H".
You can modify all the controls at Player Settings - Controls.

As a basic resume:
Aim: Mouse X Axis.
Tilt View: Mouse Y Axix.
Shot: Hold "S" + Mouse Backward/Forward.
Spin: Hold "E" + Mouse Moevement. Free E and the cue will stay in position.
Zoom In/Out: Hold "Left Click" + Mouse Backward/Forward.
Ball in Hand: Hold "M" + Mouse Moevement.
Call Ball & Pocket: Hold "Right Click" + "Left Click" in the Ball & Pocket.
