✿ Ingredients:
For the cloud bread:
• 1 large egg separated
• 30 g Philadelphia lightest
• ¼ tsp lemon juice
For the pizza:
• 30 g passata + seasonings of choice
• 30 g light/reduced fat cheese
• Seasonings of choice
You can make one mini pizza and enjoy it as a snack. I also like to have a few of these low-calorie pizzas for dinner. It is high in protein and fairly light.
These low-calorie pizzas are best served the day they are made. However, if you want to make ahead and store, the best way to do so is by freezing. Bake the cloud bread and allow to cool. Add the toppings and freeze. You can bake the frozen pizza at 180°C for 15 minutes.
