With NFL kickers telling women they ought to stay home with their kids, and a growing online movement encouraging women to forego careers, it seems like the perfect time to discuss a recent article that came out profiling right-wing activist @LaurenSouthernOfficial scary experience in the role she once advocated strongly for.
While being a stay at home "trad wife" can work for some people, for many it is a dangerous trap rife with abuse and risk. In this episode, I discuss the disturbing underbelly of this movement, its political aims, and the real world outcomes of many who've bought into it.
