When I first started #Keto I missed toast, and at the time I didn't know of a recipe I could use. I used to have Joseph's wraps alot as an alternative. Now though with the megga loaf recipe from Keto Fitness Club I can have soldiers and egg again! This is low carb not strict keto so not for every day.
